Här kan du läsa mer om olika typer av samarbeten som just nu pågår mellan Jönköping University och näringslivet.

Science Park

Science Park provides support for the start-up, development and growth of business ventures. Every year more than 1,000 people, many of them students and staff at Jönköping University, receive input on their ideas for new products, services and processes, leading to over 300 new business start ups in the region. Science Park Jönköping is owned by Jönköping University together with the municipalities of Jönköping and Habo.

Partner universities

Jönköping University has an extensive exchange programme with approximately 350 partner universities all over the world, and is one of the leading universities in Sweden in the area of international exchange.

Steinbeis University MBE

Steinbeis University in Berlin gives a practice-oriented Master of Business Engineering (MBE). The students participating in the programme work at a company in parallel to their degree, managing in-house projects with the support and input of university professors and tutors. The knowledge they gain in their courses can be circulated immediately within the company and applied to new solutions, products, and services.

JIBS is one of four international business schools where the Steinbeis MBE students spend a couple of weeks in order to add an international perspective to their programme and to meet highly qualified teachers in selected areas. The students also take classes in USA, Japan and South Korea. The classes at JIBS are focused on international marketing and international management, but there is also time for company visits, workshops in cross cultural communication and social activities.

The cooperation with Steinbeis is a great opportunity for JIBS to learn more about creating new, successful master programmes in cooperation with industry. This particular model should be of great interest for the participating companies, since they will get payback on their investment more or less in the same time that the costs for the investment occurs.
