Hailay Gebretsadik Shifare

Dr. Hailay Gebretsadik Shifare holds a Ph.D. in Management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in China. His research interests include organizational citizenship behavior, public service motivation, the role of governance in fostering sustainable and responsible leadership, gender and diversity, the influence of media on public policy, and the development of digital leadership capabilities to transform organizations.

Hailay has valuable industry experience as a certified management consultant in Ethiopia. He has served as a senior consultant at the Ethiopian Management Institute and has taught at various universities. Hailay is passionate about enhancing organizational effectiveness and advocating for equitable policies in both the public and private sectors.
