Affected computer models: Elitebook and Zbook G8

Typical problems: Computer does not charge, monitors do not wake from sleep, network does not connect, USB devices plugged into the dock do not work.

Temporary solution: Open the lid, disconnect the computer from the dock and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Then reconnect the computer to the dock and wait, the computer will take longer than normal to boot.

Status: IT has contacted HP to help with a solution, JU are not alone in having these issues.
