Mental Health Week – A Week for Mental Wellbeing and Recovery

Mental health concerns us all – and there are paths to recovery. Jönköping University is a co-organizer of Mental Health Week, taking place November 10–14, and will contribute with several lectures throughout the week. Join us to take part in stories, gain knowledge, and find hope in the fact that it is possible to live a good life, even when life feels challenging.

Mental illness affects us all – as parents, friends, colleagues, or through our own personal experience. During Mental Health Week, you can attend lectures and discussions that touch on both everyday life and more challenging topics. The focus is on recovery and finding ways to live well – no matter where you are in life.

For those who want to learn more – or are personally affected

Mental illness can range from anxiety, sleep difficulties, and low mood to severe psychiatric conditions such as eating disorders, depression, or psychosis. It affects how we feel and function in daily life – but there is always something you can do to feel better.
