To highlight these differences, an event was held on 28 February at Jönköping International Business School (JIBS), Jönköping University. The event was organized for students by the research centre CeFEO at JIBS and the think tank Ownershift.

  • School of Health and Welfare has most nursing students studying abroad


    Elin Elfving är sjuksköterskestudent och har valt att läsa en utbytestermin på Malta. The nursing programme at the School of Health and Welfare, Jönköping University (JU) has the most number of students that complete part of their studies abroad and thus comes out top in this respect compared to other nursing programmes in Sweden, according to statistics from the Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR). Few students in professional programmes choose to study abroad, but the School of Health and Welfare is actively working on the issue, which has produced results.

    Campus Nominations are now open for this year's "Alumni of the Year" Award at JU. The prizes are awarded to former students who have made outstanding contributions in their professional roles or as private persons.

  • Per Risberg Memorial Fund Scholarship awarded to Linda Bergqvist


    The Per Risberg Memorial Fund Scholarship is awarded to someone who has made a significant contribution to strengthening collaboration and internationalization between Jönköping University (JU) and its stakeholders (industry and public organizations). The 2024 scholarship goes to Linda Bergqvist, External Relations Manager at the School of Engineering (JTH) at JU.

    LU LIVE-loggan Jönköping University (JU) conducts very interesting and socially beneficial research. On four occasions this spring, starting on 29 February, you can take part in that research. JU LIVE, as the lecture series is called, is free of charge, held in the university library, and open to all interested parties.

  • Nursing teacher receives prize for innovative lessons that keep students engaged


    Björn Erfors vid Hälsohögskolan tilldelas det pedagogiska priset. In order to recognise particularly valuable pedagogical efforts, Jönköping University (JU) has established a pedagogical prize that has been awarded since 2014. This year the prize is awarded to Björn Erfors, lecturer at the School of Health and Welfare.

  • Several JU alumni nominated for the Young Female Leader of the Year award


    All the nominees in The young female leader of the year. For the ninth year in a row, the Young Female Leader of the Year in Jönköping County will be announced. The selection process to choose the 2023 nominees is now complete. 20 women have now been selected out of 172 original nominees, several of whom are alumni from Jönköping University (JU).
