Submitting the documents

An official transcript from a US or US affiliated international school must be sent directly from your school to our Admissions Office, by post in a sealed envelope or from official school registrar's e-mail (or through Parchment or other third-party supplier) to admissions.office@ju.se. See the postal address in the How to Apply-Guide Opens in new window..

If you have additional college studies you would like to be reviewed for specific subjects, the same process is required to submit academic transcripts from American universities/colleges.

Transcripts from International High Schools operating within the American education system must include information about the accrediting organisation so we can determine whether the school has an accepted regional accreditation in the USA. If this information is not on the transcript, it must be stated on the diploma or separate appendix.
