Information about Brexit
Who may Brexit effect researchers and Erasmus students? Information and seminar!
Get to know more about the ongoing process of the UK’s negotiations to withdraw from the European Union.
A core function of the British Embassy in Sweden is to promote and support British research partnerships both within Sweden and into the UK.
You will know that the UK plans to leave the EU in an orderly manner at the end of March 2019, and that the UK wants a comprehensive positive future relationship with Sweden and our European neighbours. There is, however, some understandable concern about the possibility of a “no deal” Brexit.
I hope that the links below help you and your team ensure that you have the most up-to-date UK Government information. Those links are:
- Information on the Horizon 2020 underwrite guarantee. It is important for H2020 projects hosted by your institution with a UK participant register with UKRI.
- The details on the underwriting Erasmus+
- Other information on EU funded programmes
- Swedish government Brexit portal, with information and links from the Swedish government’s perspective.
